Our intention is to provide you with great service, to treat you with respect and to make things easy to understand. We appreciate your understanding and we hope that you see that our policies are Fair and Straight forward. Products: All our products are meant for Adults Only. Meaning you can read the information about them, you understand any potential Benefits as well as any potential discomforts or risks. If you choose to use the products you have arrived at the informed decision that the Benefits are greater, but we will always do our best to try and provide you with accurate information. Like many other things we may choose to Drink, Smoke, Eat or even prescriptions, the most important thing is to make an informed decision.

Please use good judgement. We're not doctors, we don't know what other things you are using, you do. Just because a product may be derived from Natural ingredients doesn't mean it's not powerful. Garlic, Curcumin, White Willow Bark, Senna Leaf, Etc. etc. all can interact with other thing's you're taking and all can have additional effects to Please listen to your body, and use the products in the best way for them to benefit you. Don't exceed doses, if you're under physician care and taking a lot of prescription medications consult with them first or maybe even choose not to use these products together. 

Limitations: By purchasing with MexNatural you agree that we are only liable (responsible) for up to the cost of the product as was paid to us, excluding any shipping or additional charges. The maximum we would ever refund or be liable for in any situation is the full cost of the product. You understand that you are using these products by your own choice and through your own decision. We present you with the relevant information about the products, it is up to you to make an informed decision.   

Returns: Familia, we're not a huge company. We're not Amazon. We wish we could let you return anything you wanted but unfortunately that's not the case. To keep our prices down, fair and accessible, we do insist that returns be only for the products you have not opened or used. If we can't sell it to someone else that will use it, we can't accept it. If you open it, you can't return it. If it's past 30 days from the date of the delivery, you can't return it. Anything we paid to ship the order to you or that You paid in shipping is Non-Refundable, Always. 

Trial Sizes: We also understand that sometimes you just don't know if you'll like a product until you try it or how you will feel with a product until you use it. For that reason we have worked with our providers to have TRIAL SIZES of most of our products. So you can See, Use and Experience the products Before you open the full sized bottles. Please note that All Samples are Non-Returnable, Non Refundable and Final Sale, but we try to keep the prices as low as possible to give you a cost-effective way to try the product before you open the full sized bottles. 

Damaged orders: We pack orders carefully and 99% of the time they arrive just fine however we do know that sometimes things can get damaged in transit to your address. If this is the case, Please let us know as soon as you receive it. Do not throw it away, please keep the package exactly as it arrived until we are able to help you. If you throw it away before we're able to assist you, we won't be able to help you. However if you contact us promptly and keep everything as it arrived, we will be happy to assist you and do our best to make things right. 

Shipping: We work Monday-Friday for you to ship out your orders promptly. All are shipped within 1 business day (We rest 2 days of the week, just like we hope you do!). Every order leaves with a Tracking Number. Every Order is packed with care and verified for accuracy. We ask that you keep the following in mind:

  • We ship the orders to the address You provided. Everyone makes mistakes but please understand that if there was a mistake in the address (wrong number, street, Missing Apartment or Suite) and it's miss delivered or gets returned to us, we cannot be responsible for that. What we can do is help you to either correct the error if possible or to assist you in paying a small re-shipment fee to ship your order again to the correct address. 
  • We are very careful with your order in how it's packed and in verifying everything is complete. But we are still human and if a mistake was made, or your order arrives damaged, Please contact us immediately. Do Not Throw away your order. The only way we can help you is if you keep things as they arrived. We thank you for your patience as we work to make things right. 

Stolen Packages: Familia, we know it's awful when someone takes things that do not belong to them. Unfortunately It sometimes happens. If this has happened to you at your address, Please Search our store for a product called "Signature Requirement" so that your package gets shipped in a way where the carrier will have to knock on your door and get you to sign at delivery. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to pay for the "Express" shipping that has a Photo at time of delivery. If you do not do either of these items and your package shows as Delivered in the tracking and delivery confirmation, we are so sorry but we cannot refund you or replace it. We can assist you by contacting the carrier etc. but we simply cannot afford to replace missing or stolen packages. 

Missing or Incorrect items: We triple check every order but every once in a while we might make a mistake (so sorry!). If that's the case we appreciate your patience with us. Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order. Send us a picture of the Packing slip (the sheet included in your order), It will have some information that will help us figure out what happened and that way we can proceed to assist you in resolving the issue ASAP. We know it's disappointing to wait for your order and have it be incorrect, we do get it and believe us when we say we will do better! But please know that we will work with you to make it right and we appreciate all of you who are patient and kind with us as we do. 

Lastly...

Small Business: Familia, please don't forget this part. We are a Small Business, trying to bring you something of Value and trying to keep prices where You, your Tia your cousin your best friend can all use a product that might benefit them.

Yes some of our policies are not as Lavish as we wish we could make them, but the plain truth is that we just can't afford it. Our mission is to make things affordable. To do that we operate on very slim margins. Between the cost of the product, the cost of shipping, the cost to process credit cards and maintain our online store as well as our physical location to pack your orders and of course Our staff so they too can Eat and Live 😊 our margins are slight but enough to keep serving you.

If there's something we can do better we are ready to hear constructive opinions to improve.
